GuestPass Golf Limited ("GuestPass", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 17268013). We operate the GuestPass web application at guestpassgolf.co.uk, a platform that connects golfers with club members who have spare slots in their fourball.

2. What data we collect
When you create an account: Full name, Email address, Postcode, Role (guest or host)
When you set up your profile: Handicap index or approximate level, Home club or iGolf status, Preferred playing style and pace, Whether you are a beginner, Short biography (optional), Profile photo (optional)
For hosts only: Club membership(s), Willingness to host beginners or new members
When you use the platform: Round requests you post, Offers you make or receive, Messages sent via in-app messaging, Post-round feedback and ratings, No-show reports submitted about or by you
Automatically collected: Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), Cookies necessary for authentication and session management
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: create and manage your account; match guests with hosts based on location and preferences; send notifications about offers, messages, and confirmed games; send transactional emails; display your profile to other users where relevant to a match; enforce our trust and safety rules; improve and maintain the platform; comply with our legal obligations.

Contact details are never shared between users. All communication happens via in-app messaging only.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. GuestPass Golf Limited is registered with the ICO under registration reference ZC171115.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
GuestPass is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at hello@guestpassgolf.co.uk and we will delete it promptly.

We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
